At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking, and cats and small dogs are welcome. There is a $75 utility fee per person for water, sewer, and garbage. There may be a reserved, garage parking space available for a fee.
