This spacious unit is situated on the Northeast corner of the building which has a view that overlooks the roof deck area and receives great natural light. It features original refinished hardwood floors, a small breakfast nook in the kitchen, a spacious living room and extra large storage closet. We are offering this unit on a 12 month lease term with a 3 week rent concession.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking, and cats and small dogs are allowed. There is a $75 utility fee per person for water, sewer, and garbage. There may be a reserved, garage parking space available for a fee.
