This quiet first floor studio faces the courtyard and receives great natural light. We are offering it on a 12 month Lease term with a 6 week rent concession. There is a $75 utility fee per person for water, sewer, and garbage.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
